Fortress employees are encouraged to give back to their communities

through an annual one-week gift matching program. Since the

program’s inception in 2004, Fortress and its employees have donated

approximately $3.8 million to over 700 charities and causes around the world. The firm will continue to find ways to expand its community program and encourage its employees to donate their time and resources to their communities and favorite charities.
